Mitzi was my little sister. I got her when i was only 5 so i grew up with her, she was always there. She wasnt the quietest of dogs i have to say. If someone knocked at the door or the phone rang she would bark like mad. My friends were scared of her becuase she barked but she was a real big softie! She was a cross colie lab, completley black apart froma small white patch on her chest. I loved her and will never forget her. It's better this way though, she's not in pain anymore.

The beautiful butterfly came dancing by,
Then she flew way up into the clear blue sky.
She was dancing and she was wonderful and proud
This my darling was surely a sign that you were around.
Her wings were made of pure white lace
She was flying free, she danced right past my face
Her beauty was so clear for all of us to see
I know she was a wonderful gift from you to me.
